Quality and environment
The quality policy of Productos Labin SL is integrated in the quality manual and demonstrates the commitment of the management to implement a quality management system oriented to customer service and continuous improvement.
Through this policy, and its communication to all levels of the organization and interested parties, we make clear our intention to achieve compliance with the requirements of the management system and continually improve its effectiveness.
We are committed to:
- To always comply as efficiently as possible with the requirements established by our customers and all interested parties, the legal and regulatory requirements in force and those to which the organization voluntarily subscribes in terms of environmental protection and quality.
- Management must establish quality objectives and feasible goals. Establish environmental objectives derived from the identification of the Environmental Aspects of our activities and carry out a periodic follow-up of both.
- Communicate objectives to stakeholders to enable them to carry out their activities with an environmentally responsible vision and in accordance with our policy.
- To manage human, material and economic resources within the framework of a process of continuous improvement that allows, permanently, to obtain greater efficiency in the management system.
- Promote and maintain good training and information to raise awareness and sensitize all members of the workforce to the need to carry out their work with full guarantees of quality.
- Perform good practices for pollution control and environmental preservation.
In order to achieve this policy, the Management establishes viable objectives and goals, which are reviewed periodically, monitoring them through indicators and preparing the appropriate planning to achieve them.
